Assessing dilapidated infrastructure and developing rehabilitation master plans are our specialty. Largely due to financial constraints, a consolidated approach is rarely undertaken. We evaluate all projects and operations in a holistic manner to develop long term comprehensive capital program. This approach provides an excellent planning tool for the elected officials, managers and directors, who, having a complete picture, are able to allocate resources in an effective manner.
