Stormwater Management

We have been developing effective stormwater management program since the 1980s. Pre-empting the mandate of the NPDES Program, we formulated several innovative concepts and implemented them with great success. This resulted in fewer pollutants entering the water bodies. Our innovative concepts include our own patented floating debris control device called Flowceptor (hyperlink). Installing these simple and inexpensive basket-type devices in curb inlets at 25 outfalls in Cocoa Beach, over three (3) tons of floating debris has been prevented from entering into Banana River since 1994.

Establishing Stormwater Fees

Having developed and operated stormwater management programs for over 25 years, we are uniquely qualified to conduct studies and establish stormwater fee at lesser cost. This is because of our extensive field-experience and knowledge of what works best in the field.
